• Our pieces fit true to U.S sizes. Please go by your underwear size for best fitting. Descriptions are also provided for each piece.

• Once your order is received there’s a 24-48 hour processing time per order.

• With everything being on hand and orders processing daily, please expect to receive your order in 2-3 business days.

• Once your order has been shipped please understand that it is no longer in our possession. Once shipped, the carrier of that package is now responsible for your order. Tracking numbers are provided as well. We also are not responsible for delayed shipping. Please contact your local USPS office and provide them with your tracking number so they can advise you of your order status.

• Please note that the order will not be shipped until after the order is processed.
• We offer First Class Shipping which is 1-5 Business Days and Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days)
• Orders may arrive between 1-3 days *After it is scanned by USPS, please allow up to 3 days. 

• This is rare. If you ordered multiple items and/or bulk and did not receive all items in one shipment it is possible that an item was low in stock and will be shipped once restocked. Always check your email for additional shipping information regarding your order.

• Please contact your local USPS office to inquiry about the location of your package (use tracking number provided). If you did not purchase additional insurance for your package we cannot resend a package that stated it was delivered.
• Please make sure the shipping address was entered correctly online. Unless there was a mistake made on our end, we are not responsible for this issue once shipped.

• We do not accept returns or give refunds for intimate apparel due to sanitary reasons. Refunds are to our discretion. Shaped By You will honor any mistake on our end. Feel free to reach out to us and express your situation if any.
